Becky is a healthcare executive and nurse leader with over 15 years of experience leading enterprise-wide professional practice, clinical education, and workforce transformation across large, complex health systems. In this role, she designed and implemented a comprehensive professional governance structure, professional practice model, and nursing strategic plan. In subsequent executive roles, she led the development and implementation of a system-wide, evidence-based nursing leadership structure across more than 130 acute care hospitals, including a role-specific nurse leader transition-to-practice program supporting assistant nurse managers through nursing directors.

Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. John’s College and a Master of Science in Nursing from Webster University. She has presented nationally and regionally on professional governance, leadership development, and quality and safety initiatives, and is an active member of the American Nurses Association (ANA), American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL), and the Association of Nursing Professional Development (ANPD).
