Fran brings a unique perspective that incorporates her years of educational clinical practice and her strong foundation in educational principles; theoretical and conceptual drivers of professional practice, principles, standards and regulation; and practical implementation of change projects. Fran focuses on the advancement of professional nursing practice through development and evaluation of professional practice models and care delivery systems. Dr. Hicks has unique experience in program evaluation, outcomes measurement, research, grant writing, peer review, strategic planning and continued competence.
