Kathleen’s skill set includes operations, professional development, professional writing, project management, performance improvement, coaching and mentoring.
She has extensive experience in project management and consulting services for clients pursuing Magnet® designation including organization assessment, foundation building, content editing and writing documents for application submission, site visit preparation and continuity management between Magnet® designations. Kathleen has successfully led more than 25 organizations to achieve Magnet® designation.
