NCP Welcomes Gina Boring, MSN, RN, NE-BC as Chief of Operations

NCP is thrilled to announce the addition of Gina Boring, MSN, RN, NE-BC, to our leadership team as Chief of Operations. Gina brings over 40 years of healthcare experience, including a strong clinical foundation in Emergency Nursing and more than two decades of specialized expertise in Magnet® consultation and executive leadership.

With an impressive track record of guiding healthcare organizations to success, Gina has provided primary consulting support and strategic leadership to over 200 Magnet® and Pathway to Excellence® organizations since 2003. Her expertise in The Magnet Recognition Program® makes her an invaluable asset to NCP, as she continues to drive nursing excellence and elevate organizational success.

Gina is widely recognized for her visionary leadership and innovative strategies, which foster team engagement and inspire a culture of nursing excellence. A sought-after speaker at local, state, and national conferences, she frequently presents on professional nursing practice, shared governance, and strategic nursing leadership.

Gina earned her BSN from the University of North Alabama, MSN from Walden University and is a Board-Certified Nurse Executive through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is also a proud member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

In her new role, Gina will leverage her deep expertise and strategic insights to continue guiding organizations toward transformative outcomes and lasting success.
